Tester FAQ’S

Here is everything you need to know before signing up to be a Mother&Baby Awards Product Tester

  • A: The registration confirmation is to let you know you have successfully registered to be a tester for the Mother&Baby Awards. This does not mean that you will be selected to be a tester. You will only hear from us if you are successful in being a tester.

  • A: Sometimes companies need to order stock to be delivered to them before it can come out to you. If you haven't received your product please email awardstesters@bauermedia.co.uk and say what you were expecting and when.

  • A: If you need to make an amendment to your tester profile or wish to withdraw from the testing process please contact awardstesters@bauermedia.co.uk

  • A: This will be specified by the company sending the products. You will be notified at the point of matching whether the product needs to be returned. If they do wish for the product to be returned this will be arranged by the company direct. If you wish to sell the product after testing, please note this is NOT allowed before December 2026.

  • A: You will receive your personalised review link before the end of August 2026. If for any reason this has not been received by this date, please email awardstesters@bauermedia.co.uk and let them know what product you are testing.

  • A: For higher value products such as car seats and travel systems we offer group testing. To qualify for group testing, the group (maximum of 4 testers) must live local to each other to be able to swap products and have children of similar ages. ALL members of the group MUST test each product provided and submit an individual review. Each member of the group is responsible for passing the product to the next group tester.

  • A: If you submit your reviews as per the terms & conditions - absolutely! Just keep a look out for the tester registration opening again in March 2027.
