FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: When are entries opened and closed?
A: Entries open on the 1st March 2021 and close on the 31st May 2021.
Q: How much does it cost to enter?
A: Until the 30th April 2021, there is an early bird entry price of £280 + VAT. From 1st May the cost to enter is £295 + VAT.
Q: How many samples do I need to provide?
A: We require 10 samples per entry. With the exception of the following categories where 6 samples are required: Innovation of the Year, Best Car Seat (all stages), Best Pushchair, Best Travel System, Best Multiple/Twin/Tandem Pushchair and Best Lightweight Buggy or Stroller. Please note we cannot do group testing this year due to Covid restrictions.
Q: Where do I send my samples?
A: Our team will be in contact with you to give you the addresses to send them too. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Q: How will my product be matched with testers?
A: Once your entry is submitted, our product testing team will match you to appropriate testers. Click here for more information on the testing process.
Q: Can I amend my submitted entry?
A: You can amend your submitted entry up until 31st May 2021. If you need to amend after this date please email Kerry.Meakins@bauermedia.co.uk
Q: Have I been shortlisted?
A: The shortlist for all categories will be announced in September 2021, via email and will be published online. If your product has not been chosen, then unfortunately it will not be included in the shortlist but you will still be welcome to attend the event.
Q: When do we find out the results?
A: All winners will be announced on Tuesday 23rd November 2021 at our awards ceremony.
Q. When can I book my table for the awards ceremony?
A. Tables will be available to book from the 1st July 2021.
Q. Apart from entry costs are there any more costs?
A. Once you have paid entry fees, if you are shortlisted or win, you will be sent the logo/assets to use in your promotions, this is free of charge excluding use of the logo/assets on TV. There is a charge for use on TV. If you need more information on using the assets on TV, please email Kerry.Meakins@bauermedia.co.uk. There is also a charge to attend the physical awards night, where you can book a seat or a table. Details will be released in July.
Q. Is this a UK only Awards?
A. Yes. If you are a winner or shortlisted you will receive a logo to use. The contract signed for using the logos grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Mark in the territory of the UK only ("Territory") for the purposes of the promotion, marketing and packaging of your product and/or brand range which has won an award at the Mother & Baby Magazine Awards.
